To come back to my own experience, and especially concerning comfort and my back pain, here is how it happened: the first days I had a time of adaptation.
I would wake up with some kind of aches (not painful, but I felt it had worked). It was time for my body to adapt to a new sleeping position because since then: nothing. When I say nothing more it is because my pains before Wopilo have disappeared.

This adaptation time is apparently classic, it takes about 3 to 5 nights to adapt to a change of pillow.
Anyway, what I know: I used to wake up with my stiff neck before, which I had to stretch and make crack (and I had already tried to change my pillow). Plus I was dragging a horrible old pain in my left shoulder blade (the side where I sleep). Since then: nothing. Nada.
I had tried different things (osteopathy etc) which relieved me at the time but the pains always returned. Well, there is definitely progress and I sincerely think that my pillow change has contributed to this well-being.
Attention: the pillow has a meaning. Take care to use the Wopilo tab upwards. The thick part must be at the level of the neck to support the cervical. If you use it upside down ... it's the opposite that it will happen and you will have a sore neck! |
